AMI3-6岁导论课程（原助教课程）旨在帮助感兴趣的成人更加深入地了解蒙台梭利教学法，以辅助儿童的身心更好地发展。
The aim of AMI Orientation Course is to help interested adults understand Montessori philosophy more deeply, so as to assist children's physical and psychological development better.

四大发展阶段的概述
0-6岁儿童的心智以及敏感期
秩序：秩序与精准的重要性，特别强调秩序在儿童人格发展中的重要性
0-6岁儿童的动作能力：动作能力的发展及其对儿童的重要性
语言：语言发展的过程，以及以下几个方面：成人的预备；普遍意义上的语言应用；词汇—正确、精准、丰富及科学意义上的准确；如何倾听孩子；如何激发语言的使用
独立：独立的发展过程以及不同程度的独立—生理上的、心智上的、情感上和精神上的独立，以及独立的条件
完备的环境：家庭和儿童之家（硬件及无形的部分）
自由与纪律：从蒙台梭利的角度来理解自由的概念，以及自律逐渐形成一种内在的发展

Requirements for Obtaining the Certificates
按要求完成课程内容者，可获得AMI颁发的AMI3-6导论课程证书。
在规定时间内根据培训师要求提交三篇小论文
须达到90%的课程出勤率
按要求完成观察任务及培训师要求的其他任务
• Submission of three papers (500 words each) on topics set by the Trainer/Auxiliary Trainer, to be submitted by a date stipulated by the training centre/organising body.
• In order to obtain the Children’s House Orientation Course Certificate a minimum of 90% attendance is required.
• Observation: 9 hours with written records as specified by the trainer
• Submission of acceptable materials as required by the course.

Trainer's Bio
Neelima Mhaskar
Neelima Mhaskar是一位AMI3-6培训师。她于1988年在孟买获得了AMI3-6主教资格证书，后于2009年加入了培训师培训计划。她曾在孟买和浦那的蒙台梭利学校工作，且有超过19年的工作经验。她是孟买、喀拉拉邦、金奈和中国的培训师团队的成员，她在印度的孟买、昌迪加尔、艾哈迈达巴德、越南的西贡以及中国的台北多次教授AMI助教课程。
Neelima Mhaskar is an AMI trainer at 3-6 level. She gained her diploma in Mumbai in 1988 and joined the Training of Trainer Program in 2009. She worked in Mumbai and Pune and has over 19 years of education experience. She is a member of the trainer faculty in Mumbai, Kerala, Chennai and China. She has delivered many AMI assistant courses in Mumbai, Chandigar, Ahmedabad, Saigon, Vietnam and Taipei.
